A New Culinary Experience in Felanitx: Pax Gastrobar

This past weekend, Plaza Pax in Felanitx transformed from a typically quiet evening spot into a lively gathering place as hundreds of locals, food lovers, and visitors came together to celebrate the grand opening of Pax Gastrobar—a new dining experience making its mark on the city.

Led by an exceptional team, Pax Gastrobar promises to be a standout addition to Mallorca’s Southeast.

The space boasts an expansive marble bar stretching the length of the venue, an open kitchen where guests can watch their meals being artfully prepared, inviting seating arrangements for larger groups, and a charming patio—perfect for enjoying a summer cocktail. With all this, Pax is set to elevate the dining scene in Felanitx, or it may already have on Saturday.

Saturday’s grand opening gave us a taste—quite literally—of what’s to come.

The well-curated drink menu featured everything from fine wines and expertly crafted cocktails to the ever-reliable Estrella Damm. With such a large crowd in attendance, we only managed to sample a fraction of the menu, but we’re eager to return for more.
